Important Information

Deposit Policy: We require a deposit of $200 per person upon booking. This deposit is non-refundable, but can be used through the following season.

Payment Policy: The balance of your holiday is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept personal cheques, travellers cheques or cash. No credit cards or debit.

Transportation: Calgary Airport or city pickup is available at $75 per person, $57 each additional person each way. Budget Car Rental offers our guests a corporate rate, just call 1-800-267-0505 & quote "HPR".

Check In Time: Anytime after 1 p.m.

Check Out Time: 4:00 p.m. after your ride.

Telephone/Email: There are no telephones or internet connections in the guest rooms. However, guests have access to a centrally located telephone when making credit card or collect phone calls.

Pet Policy: While we love animals and have pets of our own, we respectfully ask that you leave your pets at home.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted only on our two outside decks at the lodge. No smoking is permitted in any buildings, on the trail or while walking around ranch property.
